Nympsfield Parish Council Stroud Gloucestershire

Meeting Information

When and Where

Meetings take place on the second Monday of every month and are held in the Village Hall, unless otherwise announced. They begin at 7:30pm and rarely last longer than two hours. The agenda and meeting notices are posted on this website and on the village noticeboard(s).
The May meeting is the Annual Parish Council when the chair and vice-chair are elected/re-elected.
There is also an Annual Parish Meeting, open to all electors.

Who Can Attend

Members of the public are encouraged to attend full council meetings to raise issues in person for a maximum of 10 minutes altogether. Councillors may ask questions for clarification but will not enter into a discussion or necessarily respond to the issues raised at the same meeting. Should it be felt needed Councillors will schedule an agenda item for a future meeting to address the topic.
